Rear End Shunted at Red Traffic Lights
The claimant was driving a van and had stopped at a set of pedestrian traffic lights that were red to road traffic. The weather and road were dry and visibility clear. Suddenly another van collided with the rear of the claimant's van.
The other driver was at fault because he:

- failed to keep a proper look out for other vehicles.

- failed to stop, slow down or manage his van so as to avoid the accident.
